Dash Excavations and Earthmoving was founded by Jai Marley to deliver reliable, high-precision excavation services across Victoria. With a background in civil plumbing and drainage, Jai transitioned into earthmoving more than five years ago, building a trusted reputation in the industry.

The Dash Excavations and Earthmoving team is led by Jai Marley, whose hands-on leadership ensures a consistent standard of excellence across every project. Jai’s extensive background in excavation and civil works gives him the technical insight needed to tackle projects of varying size and complexity. Alongside Jai, his wife Tiarne manages the administrative side of the business, keeping operations efficient and ensuring clients enjoy a seamless, professional experience from the first contact to project completion.
Our extended team includes a network of 10–15 trusted subcontractors who share our commitment to high-quality workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.
